Abstract
The hemorrhage with Pelvic bone fracture is one of the important causes of death in trauma patients. Especially initial resuscitation and simultaneous pelvic fixation are essential in hemodynamic unstable patients. Depending on the situation, the angiographic embolization for arterial bleeding or pelvic packing for definite bleeding control is also needed. Herein we introduce a case about the patient with massive venous bleeding due to severe pelvic fracture. (J Surg Crit Care 2013;3:26-28)
